Bhasbhatta is Kashmiri
Pulao. This main dish of Kashmiris is prepared with long grained rice, channa dal, asafetida, cumin seeds, spices, onion pieces, ginger, potatoes, coriander leaves and
garam masala. It is usually taken with potato
raita, plain curd and pickle.
