Bharmar lies around 8 km north-west of
Jawali, on the
Pathankot-
Jogi Nagar rail route, in
Kangra District. It is bounded by Gangtha in the west, Talarah in the north,
Kotla in the east and Fatehpur in the south.
Bathu ki Larhi, a cluster of ancient temples, is nearby.
Nagrota Suriyan, a perfect place for bird lovers, is within a short distance.
Gaggal Airport and Jawali Railway Station serve Bharmar. The Nurpur-
Jwalamukhi road passes through the town.
