Bhandeswar Temple is situated to the north of Bankim Raya Mandir at Ekachakra in
Birbhum District. The deities installed here are the big eyed Lord
Jagannath and the Sakshi Gopal. This
Shiva deity is said to have been worshipped by Hadai Pandit earlier. Another name of the temple is Ekachakreswar temple.
Ekachakra is connected by the railheads at Mallarapur rail station and Rampurhaat rail station.
