Bhaja Mung Dal
Bhaja Mung Dal is a yellow split lentil soup of the Bengalis. The roasted lentils are cooked, whipped and added turmeric powder, salt, sugar, ginger paste, green chilies and cumin paste. The dish is sauted with dry chilies and cumin seeds before serving. Bhaja Mung Dal is a good combination with white rice and Brinjal fritters.
