Bhagwangola

Bhagwangola is a small town in Murshidabad District of West Bengal. It lies on the banks of the Ganges River, about 28 km away from the district headquarters Murshidabad. It is an important river port of Bengal in the 18th century.

Other important places around the town are Lalgola, Azimganj and Jiaganj (13 km south).
