Bhagrana is a charming village located about 20 km from
Rajpura in
Fatehgarh Sahib District. This village is one of the major religious centers for Sikhs in
Punjab.
Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru, is believed to have halted here during his religious journey. A
gurdwara has been built here to commemorate the visit of the
guru. The Gurdwara Manji Sahib is 7 m in height and is constructed on a high plinth. The Holy
Guru Granth Sahib is seated inside the shrine. A large number of Sikh devotees arrive at Bhagrana to offer their prayers at this gurdwara. There are some ancillary buildings of Maharaja Karam Singh of Patiala, worth visiting.
