Bhadrakali Temple




Bhadrakali Temple is a highly revered shrine situated in the Panchmahals District of Gujarat. It is about 49 km from Vadodara. The temple is dedicated to goddess Bhadrakali. It is noted for the Navratri festival, which is witnessed by lot of people from far and near.

One of the hills of Pavagadh is also named after the goddess, Bhadrakali. Lakulisa Temple - an ancient shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, Swetamber Jain Temple, Maa Mahakalika Temple, Digambar Jain Temples and Dhaba Dungri – Shiv Mandir are some of the places of worship in the vicinity. Pavagadh Fort, Triveni Kund and Naulakhi Kothar are other local attractions.

Regular bus services are available from Godhra, Kalol and Vadodara to Pavagadh. The nearest railway station is Champaner Road Junction Railway Station and the nearest airport is Vadodara Airport.
