Belghat

Belghat is an agricultural town, situated on the banks of Kuwana Nadi, in Gorakhpur District of Uttar Pradesh. It is located 60 km south-west of Gorakhpur and about 20 km south-west of Bansgaon.

During monsoons, the river can be in rage, in which case Belghat could be inaccessible on foot.

Varanasi Airport and Amausi Airport serves Belghat. Nearest major railhead is at Gorakhpur.
