The 1500 year old banyan tree is by the Patur-Alegaon Road at Ambasi in
Akola District,
Maharashtra. Spread over an acre of land, it is considered as one of the rare wonders of the world. The tree is a marvelous sight for the visitors as it appears like a long wall of vegetation.
