‘Bandlaseva’ means ‘worship of carts’. The carts are cleaned and painted with red and white shades. Green mango leaves and colored paper are used to decorate carts. The festival starts early in the morning. Villagers light up the path to receive the idol, which is carried from the temple to be placed on the cart. The cart race accompanied by loud music of drums makes the scene more joyful. A fair, which goes along with the festival, attracts a large crowd.
