Bandhakopir Dalna is a dry Cabbage curry of
West Bengal. Fried cubed potatoes are cooked in water with sauteed cabbage mixed with ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and chilli paste. Bay leaves and spice powder sauteed in butter or ghee add to its taste. Bandhakopir Dalna is garnished with chopped cilantro before serving.
