Bamdah

Situated about 10 km north of Chakai, Bamdah lies in the southern region of Jamui District in Bihar. This town is 41 km to the south of Jamui, the district headquarters.

By road, Bamdah is connected to Chakai, Sono and Jhajha.

Nagi Dam Bird Sanctuary, Chandrashekhar Museum and Minto Tower are places worth visiting. Kakan, Jain Mandir Dharmshala and Gurdwara Pakki Sangat are ideal destinations for pilgrims.

Simultalla Railway Station, on Jhajha-Jasidih rail route, is approximately 20 km to the north-east.
