Located in Dibrugarh District, Balijan is a small tea producing village, near the town of Hoorgrijan, on the banks of the river Dibru in upper Assam.
The village offers a panoramic view of verdant tea plantations. A major attraction nearby is the Dibru-Saikhowa National Park.
