Bajroor

Bajrur is a sacred village situated in Rupnagar District of Punjab. It is about 9 km from Nurpur Bedi and about 15 km from Anandpur Sahib. In early times, it was the area of Gujjar and Ranghar Muslims who used to live here. But today, the village is rich in Sikh tradition and it boasts a gurdwara built in memory of Guru Gobind Singh Sahib.

Anandpur Sahib Railway Station on Rupar-Nangal rail route serves this area. The nearest airport is Chandigarh Airport, about 85 km from Anandpur Sahib.
