Bajra Ki Khichri




Bajra Ki Khichri is one of the traditional favorites of the people of Haryana. It is a dish of salty, wholesome millet porridge mixed with lentils. Usually, Bajra Ki Khichri is eaten with generous helpings of ghee or ‘Karhi’ (a dish made with yogurt and balls of powdered chickpea).
