Srinagar in Pauri Garhwal District of Uttaranchal. This fair is also held at Sirsa town in Haryana and in parts of Punjab and in Jammu and Kashmir.
In Punjab,the Bhangra season which starts with wheat sowing, concludes with the Baisakhi fair when the wheat is harvested.
