Baijla

Baijla lies in the eastern parts of Jamui District in Bihar. It is around 26 km south-east of Jamui. Towns close to Baijla are Dighi and Lalbairo.

Nagi Dam Bird Sanctuary, spread over an area of 2 sq km, is an ideal spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers in the region. Chandrashekhar Museum and Minto Tower are the other worth visiting sites. For pilgrims, St Thomas Church, Gurdwara Pakki Sangat, Jain Mandir Dharmshala are the ideal destinations.

Gaya Airport is the nearest airport. Baijla is served by Jhajha Railway Station.
