Bahera

Bahera is a small town in Darbhanga District of Bihar. The town can be reached by traveling 25 km south-east of Darbhanga, the district headquarters. Madhubani, nearly 34 km north, is renowned as a prominent Maithili cultural center and the home to Madhubani paintings. By road, Bahera is connected with Darbhanga, Sakri, Manigachhi and Benipur. The nearest airport is at Patna.
Darbhanga Junction Railway Station, on the Sitamarhi-Nirmali railway line, is the nearest railway station.
