Baba Balak Nath Temple is an ancient cave temple located at
Deothsidh, in the Dhaulagiri Hills of
Hamirpur,
Himachal Pradesh. The temple is situated 70 km from
Bilaspur and 30 km from Hamirpur.
A charming image of Baba Balak Nath is enshrined in the cave. It is a major pilgrim center and large number of devotees visit the place, especially on Navratras, to obtain the blessings of Baba. This cave temple always remains lighted. Women are forbidden to enter the cave and thus they pray and make their offerings on the entrance.
The temple is under the control of the Baba Balak Nath Trust. The Hamirpur Deputy Commissioner is the chief of the temple trust.
The temple is easily accessible by road from both Bilaspur and Hamirpur. Una Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
