Avantipur Canal




The Avantipur Canal is in Jammu and Kashmir. The canal was constructed in 1953 and is 36 km long. It takes its water from the Nullah Liddar at Doohjan. The canal is mainly used for irrigation purposes and it irrigates about 5000 acres of land of the east of Pampore.
