Avadhoota Datta Peetham, popularly known as Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Ashram, is situated on a lavish 35 acre site at the foot of
Chamundi Hills in
Mysore.
The ashram delves into many aspects of spiritual life. Yoga, Veda and Sanskrit classes are offered. Traditional pujas and homas are conducted in the Universal Prayer Hall. At the ashram, Ganapati Homa on Sundays and the daily Shri Chakra Puja draws a large number of devotees. There is a Datta Temple, dedicated to Lord Dattatreya, in the ashram premises.
