Auraiya Gas Base Power Plant is located at Dibiyapur in Auraiya District of Uttar Pradesh. This 652 MW power plant started its commercial production in 1989. The plant has four 110 MW and two 106 MW units. The gas for the power generation is taken from South Basin Gas Field and water from Auraiya-Etawah Canal.
