Athazha Puja

Athazha Puja is a Naivedyam offered to the deity of a temple during night. A compulsory rite in Mahakshetrams (Great Temples), athazha puja is usually the final rite of the day. On this occasion devotees are not allowed into the sanctum sanctorum.
