A private institution for gliding training in
Maharashtra, the Astrid and Sanjay Rao Nirvana Adventures is located at Kamshet, about 11 km from the twin hill stations of
Khandala and
Lonavala. It is run by a core team of pilots, adventure enthusiasts and nature lovers, offering lessons at one of the best training sites in the country. Activities include paragliding training courses, site explorations, introductory tandem flights, paragliding holidays and multi activity adventure holidays. Their gliding sites are operational between October and June.
