Ashta Sakhi Mandir




Ashta Sakhi Mandir is located close to the Madana-Mohan temple in Vrindavan, Mathura District. As its name indicates, there are eight deities including Lalita Sakhi, Visakha Sakhi, Champakalata Sakhi, Chitra Sakhi, Tungavidya Sakhi, Indulekha Sakhi, Rangadevi Sakhi, and Sudevi Sakhi. Founded by the king of Hetampur in 1889, the temple was reconstructed around 1930.
