Arulmigu Gopinathaswamy Temple




Arulmigu Gopinathaswamy Temple is situated at the top of Gobinathaswamy Hill in Kamatchipuram village, Dindigul District. This conical- shaped temple has Arulmigu Gobinathaswamy as the presiding deity. Here the god is revered as the 'God of Animals.'

Kumbhabhishekam, a religious ceremony, is conducted in the month of May. Pongal and Krishna Jayanthi are celebrated in a grand manner.

The temple is open on all days from 8:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs.
