Established by Sri Sri Ravishankar, the Art of Living Foundation (Vyakti Vikas Kendra) is a registered non-goverment charitable trust. Its
Gujarat wing, Art of Living-Gujarat, offers art of living course for physical, mental, emotional and social development of people. Basic and advanced level courses are offered.
Special course is available for children. The children's course comprises games designed to develop skills, creativity and responsibility, simple meditation and breathing techniques, interaction and discussion to increase confidence and communication skills and different processes to help the child to get rid of negative emotions. Other activities are youth leadership training program and a special program to uplift individuals, families, communities and nations.
