Areswaram Sree Dharmasastha Temple lies at Vasupuram, on the Kodakara – Vellikulangara route, in
Thrissur District. The temple is about 3 km from Kodakara, which is 1 km off
National Highway 17. The temple is dedicated to Lord Ayyappa and is known as the
Sabarimala of women.
The main offerings of this temple are Prasada Ootu, Karikku Abhishekam, Vedi Vazhipadu and Punarjani Nuzhal. The temple can be approached from Wadakanchery by road.
