Established in 1993, Anjuman-I-Islam's A K Hafizka Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is located in
Mumbai. The institute is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board for Technical Education,
University of Mumbai and
Alagappa University,
Tamil Nadu.
Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, the institute conducts three-year diploma course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. Graduation degree programs in Hotel and Tourism Management Studies and Hospitality and Tourism Management are also available.
The institute has all facilities including kitchen, air-conditioned training restaurant and bar, dining hall, auditorium, library and computer room. Every year, a theme dinner program is conducted, during which multi cuisines are offered. Besides, a placement cell functions within the institute.
