Andhra Pradesh Kennel Club (APKC), formerly known as Hyderabad Kennel Club, is one of the oldest kennel clubs in India. Established in 1948, it caters the needs of canine lovers in and around
Hyderabad, the capital city of
Andhra Pradesh. Affiliated to the
Kennel Club of India, the club promotes breeding, training and exhibition of pure blood line kennels. It is governed by a council of 11 members.
AAPKC hosts dog shows during the winter seasons. It also owns a club house.
