Amulya Pratnashala




Amulya Pratnashala is situated at Hooghly, about 41 km north of Kolkata, in West Bengal. The museum has on display a wide collection of wooden and stone sculptures, coins, terracottas, manuscripts, old books and paintings on wooden plates. The personalia collections of Rabindranath Tagore, P C Roy, Jagdish Bose, Jawaharlal Nehru and other eminent persons, and objects and documents of Indian independence struggle.

Amulya Pratnashala is open from 14:00 to 21:00 hrs, on all days except Wednesdays and 2nd and 4th Tuesdays.
