Ambhu

Ambhu is situated on the outskirts of Ghotaori, about 16 km north of Takwa, in Pune District. Bhimashankar is 18 km north of Ambhu and Pune, the district headquarters, is 58 km south-east.

Nethersole Dam, Karla Caves, Bedsa Caves, the hills stations of Khandala, Lonavala and Kamshet, and Bhimashankar Wildlife Sanctuary are tourist options available within 40 km from Ambhu.
