Amaranarayana Temple is a major divine spot located at Kaivara village in Kolar District of Karnataka. The presiding deity of the temple is Lord Vishnu, also hailed as Amaranarayana Swamy.
Amaranarayana Swamy idol was installed by the king Vishnuvardhana of Hoysala dynasty. Visitors from far and near visit the temple to see the temple architecture. The temple has a Navaranga Mantapa with four intricately sculpted stone pillars. Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshman are seen together in a sub shrine on the left side of the temple.
