Alur

Alur is a taluk headquarters situated 12 km from Moram, in Osmanabad District. It lies quite near the district’s border with Bidar District of Karnataka. Naldurg is 18 km north-west and Solapur is 55 km towards the west.

Naldurg Fort, the dam across the Boru River and the pilgrim site of Tuljapur are tourist options available nearby.
