Established in 1980, Alliance Francaise de Hyderabad is an Indo-French Cultural Centre established to promote the French culture and language in the city of
Hyderabad. It is located at West Maredpally in
Secunderabad.
The center offers a video and audio library along with books for all age groups in English and French. The library is well stocked with a wide range of books of general interest, literary studies, culture, politics, philosophy and commerce. Information on studies and training in France are also available. Language courses are conducted in its language center. It also conducts events such as dance recitals, music concerts, art exhibitions, conferences and film festivals.
