Akshaya Patra Foundation is a non-profit organization with its base at
Bangalore in
Karnataka. The prime objective of the foundation is to provide hygienic and nutritious meals everyday to poor children. Presently, with the help of benevolent people, the organization distributes food to almost 50,000 children who study in 235 schools on the outskirts of Bangalore city. Akshaya Patra Foundation has its own infrastructural facilities.
