Aiju is in the northern part of Mandi District and is around 9 km west of Joginder Nagar, an ideal locale for outdoor enthusiasts. Located near the Mandi-Kangra border, it is around 4 km south-east of Baijnath and 6 km west of Chauntra. Jhatingri, Barot and Tashijong Gompa are nearby.
