Agni Teertham is a sacred place at the seashore in Ramanathapuram. It is about 100 m from the main entrance of the temple. The water at this place is considered to be sacred and many
pujas are conducted by the pilgrims for their ancestors here. It is also believed that a dip in the teertham will wash all the sins from the bodies of the pilgrims.
