Adimali Fest is celebrated at
Adimali in
Idukki District. It is renowned as the tourism and agricultural festival of the highranges celebrated on the last week of every December. Agricultural fair and exhibition is a main part of the fest. Excellent supersize products are brought by the farmers. Afternoon sections are rich with various cultural and entertainment programs. All Kerala one act play competition, professional and amateur dramas and traditional art forms are some among the programs.
Adimali hill climb motor rally, cycling, marathon races, other sports and games, seminars on various subjects and flower show are also part of the fest.
Munnar is only 30 km away from Adimaly and Idukki arch dam is 40 km. The nearest airport is Cochin International Airport (85 km) and railway station is at Aluva (84 km).
