Adhi Lakshmi Temple




Adhi Lakshmi Temple is a delightful shrine situated at Natham, about 12 km from Lalgudi, in Tiruchirapalli District of Tamil Nadu. The sanctum sanctorum of the temple was constructed by Rajaraja I (993 AD). The shrine was reconstructed by Kulothunga III in 1216 AD.

Adhi Lakshmi Temple preserves about 14 inscriptions highlighting the details of donations and offerings made by Chola Kings to temples.
