Achalda is one of the sub-divisional towns of
Auraiya District which lies in the south-western portion of
Uttar Pradesh. This township is situated to the north of
Auraiya, the district headquarters, and 15 km away from
Bidhuna, another major town in the district. Dibiyapur (Dibiapur), Phaphund and Sarai Ajitmal are its neighboring towns.
Achalda Railway Station is linked directly to Etawah and Kanpur. Agra Civil Enclaves is the nearest airport.
