Aam Khas Bhag, a public garden, is situated at
Sirhind in
Punjab. It has a lush green lawn where 2000 persons can be accommodated.
Built by the Mughals, initially the garden had two portions ‘Aam’, for the public use and ‘Khas’, for the use of the emperors. At one end stand the ruins of a medieval palace built during Jehangir's reign. It once had a two storied royal pavilion, baths, underground water-cooled chambers, and accommodations for travelers.
