Dubrajpur is a small town located in the south-west part of
Birbhum District,
West Bengal. Dubrajpur is around 40 km west of
Shantiniketan.
Major point of attraction in and around the town include Shantiniketan, Phareswar Temple, Tarapith, Jaydev Kenduli - famous for the Jaydev mela, Labhpur - birth place of Tara Shankhar Bandopadhyay, and
Kankalitala.
Bakreswar, a small temple town, located just 14 km from here is worth visiting.
Dubrajpur Railway Station is a major railhead in West Bengal. The nearest airport is at Kolkata.
