Ganadevta Express runs between
Howrah Railway Station and
Rampurhat railway station. (Rampurhat is sometimes spelt Rampur Hat.) Both stations are located in
West Bengal. It was formerly known as Howrah-Rampurhat Express. The train is named after ‘Ganadevata,’ a popular novel written by the late Tara Shankar Bandopadhyaya. It operates daily and covers a distance of 219 km.
Bandel,
Bardhaman and Bolpur are the main towns on the way. A/C chair car and second seating coaches are available.
