Murarai

Murarai is a taluk headquarters town under the Rampurhat sub-division of Birbhum District, in West Bengal. It is around 123 km from Durgapur and 20 km west of Jangipur. Maheshpur 10 km to the west, Tegharia 3 km to the north, Chatra 7 km to the south are some of the neighboring towns. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and Murarai Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station.
