Chakchoka

Chakchoka is a beautiful town in Jalpaiguri District, of West Bengal, near the Assam border. It lies near the banks of the River Raidak. Kumargram is 15 km to its north. The surrounding places include Mahakalguri, Gokulkata, Mahishkuchi and Bhainskuchi. Other places of tourist interest around the town include Jayanti, a picturesque spot on the banks of the River Jayanti, Rajabhat Khawa and Buxa Duar. Coochbehar Airport and Alipurduar Junction Railway Station serve Chakchoka.
