Sonargaon, a contemporary styled restaurant, is housed inside the
Taj Bengal in
Kolkata. The restaurant features cobbled floors and mud walls. It severs traditional north-west,
Punjabi and
Bengali cuisines.
Traditional Indian musical programs, which add to the ambience, are organized. Pathar gosht and Baileys infused Kulfi are the signature dishes. Sonargaon is open from 12:30-15:00 hrs and 19:30-23:45 hrs.
