Kankalitala


Kankalitala is situated about nine kilometers from Shantiniketan, in Birbhum District, West Bengal. It is one of the 52 sacred Shaktipitha situated on the bank of the Kopai River. The Kali temple situated here is another point of attraction.

Kankalitala is well-connected by Bolpur- Labpur bus route. Bolpur Shantiniketan Railway Station is about 9 km south-west of Kankalitala.
