Jhantipahari

Jhantipahari is located approximately 20 km north-west of Bankura, in Bankura District of West Bengal. Chhatna is 7 km to its south-east. Neighbouring Jhantipahari on the south-west is Chinabari, Sonadaha is in the south-east, Kendsaer in the south and Gangajalghati in the north-east. Susunia Hill, Bishalakshmi Temple, temple at Biharinath, Koro Hill and Amarkanan, a beautiful village at the foot of Koro Hill, are some ideal locations in close proximity. Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport and Jhantipahari Railway Station are the convenient access points.
