Begunkudar

Begunkudar, also spelt Begunkodar, is located near the banks of the Kangsabati River, in Purulia District of West Bengal. Jaipur and Jhalda are 12 km and 9 km respectively from here. Jaridih, a town in Jharkhand, to the north and Sirkabad to the east are other prominent places nearby.

Ajodhya Hill and Chelliama are two points of tourist interest around Begunkudar.
